globally. With over 40 years of combined experience, our sports
management team has focus on building lasting relationships with
investors, facility owners, associates and guests. Our team has
overseen the development of many of the most notable youth and amateur sports complexes in the nation. As both an owner and

assess value in the future.

PSE provides planning and project management services to the
individuals and municipalities seeking to build or renovate sports complexes. Approaching each project with an owner’s perspective and an unparalleled attention to detail, we enhance a client’s vision and bring it to fruition. Engaging PSE ensures that every aspect of a project is closely monitored, thereby mitigating risk, eliminating the operating learning curve, reducing costs, and providing the greatest return on investment to all stakeholders.

Executive leadership is offered in every project phase; from feasibility, conceptual planning, pre-development and design, to construction, revenue opportunities, development of operational efficiencies and improving the spectator and player experience, adding considerable long-term value to a venue.

Our team has worked on approximately $300 million in sports/
